Technical specifications of DC power meter
In general, there are different types of power meters that differ from each other in terms of technical specifications. Modbus, single-phase and DC power meters are types of power meters that we discuss in this section about DC power meters.

How to apply settings in DC power meter
Almost the way DC power meter works is the same as single-phase power meter, but there are minor differences from each other. In the following, we discuss how this power meter works.
- Turn the backlight on or off
Press the settings button momentarily.
- High and low voltage limit setting
Hold the setting button for 3 seconds until SET appears. Release the button as soon as the relevant phrase appears. When the three-digit number corresponding to the upper limit flashes, each time you press the button, increase the first digit by one unit to reach your desired value. Then release the button and wait for the second digit to flash. After the second digit flashes, set the second digit according to the previous procedure. The third digit can be adjusted in the same way. After setting all the numbers, wait for the number on the right, which is the lower voltage limit, to blink. Set the lower voltage limit according to the mentioned procedure. To save the settings, hold the button for 5 seconds until the first screen window appears after the word pass is displayed.
- Reset the amount of energy consumed (KWh)
Hold the settings button for 5 seconds until the word CLR appears. Release the button. When the number related to the consumed energy appears and is flashing, perform the reset operation with a momentary press, and if you skip the reset, hold the button for 5 seconds to return to the first window.
- Setting the current ranges of 50 and 100 amperes
This setting is for 100 amp type. If you connect a 50 amp shunt, set these settings to 50 A, and if you connect a 100 A shunt, set these settings to 100 A. The way to set it is to hold the button for 7 seconds until the word CURR appears. Then set to the desired value by pressing the button once. Then hold the button for a few seconds until the value is saved and the first screen appears.
